Vancouver human rights lawyer Laura Track points out that discrimination isn’t always done intentionally

A Vancouver lawyer says that a human-rights complaint can proceed against a landlord at the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal even if there was no intention to discriminate.

“Remembering that discrimination can be unintentional is a really important part of upholding human rights,” Track said.
