The VP Western Region reaches out to check on Dana’s well-being and offers to connect via phone, text, or email. The trouble is, she is a few months too late. She took over her Union position in December of 2020 and was made aware of Dana’s complaints early on. In January 2021, Dana wrote her to touch base and to ask if they could discuss Dana’s complaints. The union rep related that she was busy and would get back to Dana when she could. The attached reply from the union rep came on June 14, 2021, which is is almost 3 months since Dana tendered her resignation to the organization!
